Author James H. Waggoner is a Southern California native, born in Los Angeles. He attended the University of Maryland where he earned a degree in Management Studies. He holds a Master's Degree in Contract Management. James served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years working in the acquisition field and has lived in 12 different countries. He is actively involved in his community with the youth. He has participated in several school age reading programs and has volunteered numerous hours with the Special Olympics nationwide and abroad.
James developed his writing skills at an early age writing short stories about compelling adventures with colorful characters in Southern California and places he traveled growing up. His vivid imagination brings the characters on the page to real life. As a young adult he continued writing and fine tuning his writing styles.
